Goodyear Auto Service

Unbelievable. Stopped to have a tire repaired, small puncture, no big deal. These guys wouldn’t even look at the tire because after measuring 3 times, they said my tread was too low. Purchased the tires less than 6 months ago so I was immediately suspicious. Predictably, the only solution was 4 new tires. “Company policy,” apparently would not permit them to repair my tire, replacement was the only option. Disappointing but not surprising. Went to another tire shop a few miles down the road, where they fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes and charged me $10 dollars. Would not recommend Goodyear Auto Service, they are not trustworthy.

Two days ago, my front right tire went flat at the worst possible time—Friday evening, right before the weekend and the Fourth of July. On Sunday, I stopped by a couple of tire shops. One was closed, and the other was too busy and didn't have the tire I needed in stock. They told me they could help on Monday. I came here, and fortunately they were able to take my car right away. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, they quickly found a solution and brought the correct tire from Bellevue. The whole process didn't take long. They also explained exactly what tire they were installing and answered all of my questions. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. A big thank you to Harry and his team for resolving my problem so quickly. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.

Not to shabby front desk dude is pretty friendly a little over chatty. But otherwise inside is fairly clean and well taken care. Techs come in at 8am and they are open till 6 so.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here and will not be returning. I chose this location specifically because I was promised a turnaround time of 60 to 90 minutes. I have strict time restraints and a prior commitment today, so that 90-minute window was a hard deadline for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t even start on my vehicle right away as promised. I have now been waiting for nearly two hours and my car is still not ready. If you have a schedule to keep, do not rely on the time estimates provided by this shop. Their lack of regard for a customer’s time is unprofessional, and the communication regarding the delay has been nonexistent. I definitely won't be back. Garry was assisting me with my SUV

**WARNING* this goodyear tire store IN RENTON is consistently negligent and will cost you time and money. I have been a loyal Goodyear customer for 40 years. But the product and services have been sharply declining with little/no concern from the stores or corporate (similar issues that resulted in the fall of Sears & Roebuck). On schedule, I had my tires rotated on 3/3/25 at the Renton highlands store where they did not replace the center cap securely on one of the wheels. the center cap fell off and the store had zero interest in taking responsibility. So I wrote to Kimberly Roy at Goodyear Corporate who pushed the company into paying $83 for the lost cap that I had to replace. THEN, I had my tires rotated again at this same store on 11/6/25. Same manager and same problem with poor workmanship. Shortly after this rotation, one of the caps fell off, again! I reported it to the manager (Jorge) who would not take responsibility, so I wrote to Kimberly Roy again. This time, neither the store, nor corporate were willing to take responsibility, probably thinking "I" was the problem. I replaced the cap as quickly as possible and TODAY, May 4, 2026, the cap still rides secure
